Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and               monitor engagement
• Engage with customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and solicit
 feedback to improve product and service offerings
• Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
• Coordinate paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns
• Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
• Seek out and apply for new social media opportunities
• Generate new social media content, using existing content, and supporting the sales team
• Gather, analyze, and report on social media metrics
• Perform social media listening & provide insights
